Okies all... There are several ways to make velvet/satin/ ect..
within the program.. One of the easiest ways
is to find a
i found this site great.. I just did a google site
for red velvet and
found this great site...
1.) Open an image 600 x100 (a full sized would be 3600
x 150) roughly
2.) fill with a color of choice i used Red
3.) Go to the link above click on a fabric of choice..
it will open
a new window and make it bigger.. Copy it (or save
it if you like)
4.) Go to edit/paste as new layer
5.) Right Click on your new layer and go to properties
6.) on the dropdown in that window select OVERLAY
(if using psp 12 it will be just above the layer pallette
the dropdown)
7.) right click your layer and merge visible
8) Now go to select /select all
9) go to selections again/ modify/ contract 8
10) go to select on more time and select/invert
11.) Create new layer
12)go to effects/texture effects blinds
use a color darker than yours
