GRUNGE OVERLAY PHOTOSHOP OR PSP

First thing to do is find yourself a TEXTURE do a image search on google or whatever You can also look in your pc.. .

We need to RESIZE to 3600x3600 and make sure CONSTRAIN PROPORTIONS is unchecked.

Now Create a new Layer

Fill with color of choice!!

Now Move your FILL layer Under the GRUNGE layer.

GO to your GRUNGE layer and and GO up to OVERLAY.. Or Use SOFT LIGHT

I prefer Softlight most times but sometimes Overlay is best you can try a few til you get the effect you want.

IN PSP the only thing you can do is adjust the tranparency.. (this is why i prefer photoshop for overlays) But it will get the job done..

But thats it!!!
