What you will need for this lesson
PSP
Crochet Picture tube
A predrawn Doodle
you can always copy my image and use mine if you like

1.) First install picture tube

2.) Open new image 500 x 500

3.) open your doodle image

4.) Copy and paste that doodle image into
your new image as new layer

5.) Now create a new layer.. and grab your crochet Tube

6.) Start Tracing.. I used tube size 40...
Now keep in mind every item that you want

a different color you will have to make a new layer for..here is a shot of my settings

7.) Now once you have drawn out your doodle
on different layers..  Go to Adjust----Hue and Saturation---- Hue saturation--lightness
Make sure the colorize box is checked like mine..
You dont have to use my color..

8) Now after you colorized all layers..
Right click on your layers and merge visible..

Our Doodle is probably a lil thin.. for a dropshadow so do the following..

9) Create a new layer for each diff color you have. in your doodle..
Fill in with the crochet the spots that look a little bare..
just make sure that its on the layer below your original doodle..

10) now you will need to colorize each layer again..
Matching the colors might be a little hard
but dont worry .. it doesnt have to match perfectly

11.) When your done right click on your layers
again and merge visible..

12.) Now add a drop shadow and a background and your all done..

You could skip the background and dropshadow and save as gif or
for scrapping.. png..

Now if you make your own brush.. you may not have to do
the extra steps to fill in.. That may be the problem with my tube.LOL
Not sure..
